| Bio: |  Character Information Name:Remus Lupin PB: David Thewlis Fandom:Harry Potter Age:Late 30's Personality: Lupin is kind hearted and sincere. He will help anyone who needs it. He's extremely intelligent (being one of the smartest wizards in his year while at Hogwarts). He also has a sad feeling about him due to his Lycanthropic condition of being a werewolf. He knows alot about the Dark Arts and taught a year of it then had to leave for fear of hurting the students. He is very careful who he grows close to, he doesn't want to put anyone at risk because of his "furry little problem". He is also extremely underestimated because of his appearence. -Loves Swing Music -Loves Chocolate -Is mischevious,but can get away with it. History until they come (thorough because we don't know all fandoms!):Remus Lupin had a happy childhood. He's a half-blood wizard with either one muggle parent or grand parent. As a small child he was bitten by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback after his father insulted him in some way. He lived with being a werewolf his entire life. When he started to Hogwarts at age 11, Dumbledore had it fixed so that once a month on every full moon, Lupin was escorted by Madame Pomfrey to a shack in Hogsmeade where he could go through the transformation privatly without fear of hurting anyone. He was sorted into Griffindor House. He did have three extremely close friends, Sirius Black, James Potter, and Peter Petegrew. They didn't find out about his transformations til his third year, they stayed by his side and learned how to become Animagus, people who can turn into animals at will Sirius being a giant black dog, James a stag,and Peter a rat. So that while Remus was a werewolf he could still keep part of his mind if they were there. The four of them became The Marauders, they created The Marauder's Map, a map of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry that showed people everywhere and everyone who was around at the time. This helped them sneak around the school without being caught and it helped Sirius,James, and Peter to get out of the school and meet Remus in the woods in their animal forms. In his sixth year Lupin became a Prefect of his house. When he graduated from Hogwarts he joined the Order of the Pheonix, deciding that he'd never be able to hold a normal job because of his condition. He did however, in Harry Potter's third year become The Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, James Potter, was murdered by Voldemort when Harry was a baby, along with his mother Lily. Sirius black was blamed for the murders and sent to Azkaban a week later for blowing up muggles in public, this was later proved false seeing as Peter Petegrew actually was to blame for the Potter's death. After the events that led to Peter being found out, Lupin resigned as the DADA teacher, for fear of parents not wanting a werewolf teaching their children. He went back to his home for awhile, then two years later joined the Order again when Lord Voldemort re-surfaced. He lost another friend, Sirius Black to a veil in a room at The Department of Mysteries in The Ministry of Magic. He fell in love with Nymphadora Tonks the next year, but was scared to tell her because he felt he wasn't worthy of her because of being a werewolf and his standings in the wizarding community. They ended up getting married and having a baby, Teddy. They both died at the hands of one of Voldemorts followers at the Battle of Hogwarts in 1997. Appearance: Remus has sandy brown hair that is streaked with grey. He is sickly and tired looking with gold eyes. His clothes are often shabby and tattered with patches all over them. He has two scars that stretch the width of his face from where he attacked himself as a werewolf. | ||||||||||
